Never let the team wiseass handle the introductions.

Looks like Peter's been doing his homework since the end of the second movie.

The Lunar Archivist’s Sketchbook – Part 13

2013/12/06

As promised last time, here’s the sketch I managed to procure from the other co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

This Splinter by Kevin Eastman is actually pretty interesting because it was done entirely in ink and marker, with no rough pencil sketches having been done beforehand. Enjoy. 🙂

Sometimes, you end up asking really dumb questions unintentionally.

After Peter Laird, one of the creators of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, was kind enough to make the following sketch for me…

…I rather idiotically asked him which one of the four it was. Not missing a beat, Mr. Laird smiled and gave the only answer that made any sense: “Whichever one you want it be.” 🙂

Stay tuned for the next entry in this series, where you’ll see what his “Heroes in a Half-Shell” co-creator came up with…

The Brain From Dimension X

2012/02/23

Normally, I try to reference image sources as much as possible on this blog. Unfortunately, I’m unable to do so this time around because I have absolutely no idea where I originally got this picture from. All I do know is that it’s by far the best and most realistic rendition of Krang that I’ve ever seen in my life.

Don't get your ganglia stuck in chewing gum again.

If anyone reading this has any idea what this is, where it’s from, or who made it, feel free to contact me. I’d love to add it to my collection (assuming it isn’t a unique piece). 🙂
