Peter Parker: The Amazing Super-Man

No, that’s still not my typo, dammit.

But you don't use that time to proofread, apparently.

I’m guessing that you don’t devote any of that valuable time to proofreading.

Today’s skirting of copyright infringement has been brought to you by The Amazing Spider-Man #3 (July 1963) by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Wow, they were lucky they didn’t get sued for that typo.

Maybe the hyphenation would’ve allowed them to get away with it? 🙂

I should point out that the scans containing both the “Peter Palmer” and “Super-Man” gaffes were made from the original issues. I believe that the mistakes have been corrected in at least some of the reprints (and most definitely in the most contemporary ones).
